Abstract: Experimental data of generated micro-/nanoparticles by concentrated energy sources were presented. Two methods of micro-/nanoparticle separation from gas flow by two different generation techniques were used. The first collection method was the filtration of micro-/nanoparticles from the laser cutting zone in the whole gas flow length. The cyclone equipment and a three-stage fiber filters system were used. Another method was based on separation in the centrifugal gas flow using a three-stage cyclone equipment when particles were generated by electro-explosion of metallic wire. The chemical composition and dispersion after every separation stage of generated particles were analyzed
